Refund policy
1. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact customer service at support@vcom.hk within 24 hours of placing your order. Due to custom designs and services, VCOM cannot accept order cancellations after 24 hours. We appreciate your understanding.
2. If your refund is approved, we will process it within 24 hours. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used during purchase.
3. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment method:
★ Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days (additional processing time by the bank may apply).
★ PayPal/E-Wallets: Usually 3-5 business days.
★ If the refund fails to process to the original method, we will contact you via email to offer an alternative refund method.
4. In some cases of partial refunds, actual costs incurred may be deducted. For orders that have already shipped, the return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer (unless the refund is due to a quality issue).
5. Refund processing typically takes 5-7 business days. If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank. If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@vcom.hk.
Return Policy
1. If your product has a quality issue, you can choose from the following options:
★ Full refund (including return shipping costs)
★ Free replacement
★ Store credit along with an additional 10% discount code.
2. We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 24 hours of receiving the product.
3. Returns must meet the following conditions; otherwise, VCOM reserves the right to refuse the return:
★ The product must be unused, with intact labels and original packaging.
★ You must provide the original order number and reason for the return.
4. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@vcom.hk and provide your order number along with photos of the unopened, original packaging.
5. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send the package. Please keep a tracking number as proof when sending the return.
6. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. VCOM Online Store is not responsible for lost return packages. If the package is lost, it is the customer’s responsibility to work with the carrier to locate it.
7. Items returned to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
8. After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
9. If your refund is approved, we will process it within 24 hours. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.
