Shipping policy
- VCOM Online Store will ship your order within 1-3 business days after receiving it. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. If you don’t receive the email within 1-3 business days, please check your spam folder.
- VCOM ships to most countries/regions, and international shipping fees vary by location. Please review available shipping options from different carriers during checkout.
- We partner with trusted carriers like USPS, FEDEX, and DHL to deliver your orders.
- Standard shipping time is 7-12 business days. If you need expedited shipping (5-8 business days), please contact customer service at support@vcom.hk.
- Shipping times may vary depending on the delivery method. Holidays and carrier issues may cause delays. Shipping time does not include customs clearance, which usually takes 3-10 business days (depending on the destination country’s policy).
- Any duties or additional taxes incurred during shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.
- If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier or our customer service at support@vcom.hk. While we can assist, all disputes should be resolved with the shipping company.
- Please ensure all your personal information is correct before confirming your order.
- If you wish to make any changes to your order, including shipping address, please contact us via email (support@vcom.hk) within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order has shipped, no changes can be made.
