Shipping policy

  1. VCOM Online Store will ship your order within 1-3 business days after receiving it. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. If you don’t receive the email within 1-3 business days, please check your spam folder.
  2. VCOM ships to most countries/regions, and international shipping fees vary by location. Please review available shipping options from different carriers during checkout.
  3. We partner with trusted carriers like USPS, FEDEX, and DHL to deliver your orders.
  4. Standard shipping time is 7-12 business days. If you need expedited shipping (5-8 business days), please contact customer service at support@vcom.hk.
  5. Shipping times may vary depending on the delivery method. Holidays and carrier issues may cause delays. Shipping time does not include customs clearance, which usually takes 3-10 business days (depending on the destination country’s policy).
  6. Any duties or additional taxes incurred during shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.
  7. If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier or our customer service at support@vcom.hk. While we can assist, all disputes should be resolved with the shipping company.
  8. Please ensure all your personal information is correct before confirming your order.
  9. If you wish to make any changes to your order, including shipping address, please contact us via email (support@vcom.hk) within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order has shipped, no changes can be made.
